Drum Roll Please

The results are in. For Kylie's four and a half month doctor visit this past Tuesday her stats are such as follows:

Weight: 90th Percentile
Height: 60th Percentile
Head Circumference: 85th Percentile

Way to go darling! There's nothing like calorie rich formula to pack on the pounds. She did much better than I expected for her immunizations. Kylie gave a good loud "waaaaaaa" when those nurses were using her as a pincushion. But as soon as I picked her up she stopped crying. I'm fortunate that she doesn't get cranky after she gets her immunizations; she just sleeps the day away. This morning Kylie wiggled right out of her bouncer while I was getting ready for the day. I looked over and she was laying on her tummy at the base of the bouncer! I guess that means I can't mindlessly put her in her bouncer on the kitchen counter anymore while I'm cleaning the kitchen or making dinner.

Kylie had a rough evening last night. This is not like her at all. She was inconsolable for a few hours and wouldn't stop crying, except for when we gave her a bath. She was starving and hadn't eaten in forever but everytime we'd try to get her to eat she'd push the bottle out of her mouth. Finally we gave her some infant tylenol and pretty much forced her to eat when she finally fell asleep. I'm still not sure what was bothering her, maybe her gums or a stomach ache? She seems to be feeling fine today.

Man I remember those nights with little ones. It sure makes it hard not knowing exactly what they need. Gotta love em though...especially when they are so stinkin cute!!

Yay for the chubby bubby baby :)
Ains is always a bit out of sorts after she gets shots.. i'm sure they hate it. I hate it when she's so sad.. it's such a helpless feeling.
Glad she finally got some sleep.
