or did this snow that we got today today make anyone else want to break out the Christmas tree and make some wassail? I love seeing the first snow but it sure seems to get old by time January rolls around. I took Kylie outside for a few moments and she stuck out that plump little tongue of hers trying to catch a few of them.
On the not-so-bright-side-of-things Jared is still sick. His voice sounds much better today but he's still under the weather. He took another day off of work today but had to go into the office for two hours this afternoon for a conference call. He was originally supposed to be in California today for a business trip today but decided he didn't want to be "that guy" that was coughing up a storm next to you on a plane.

poor jared. I hope he feels better. I too want to bust out my Christmas stuff and it's not even Halloween yet! Whats wrong with me. usually
I am all focused about the candy.
I am not ready for all the Christmas stuff yet. WORK is what it is for me- its hard to keep all the kids from wanting to play with the decorations on the tree. I want to at least enjoy the colored leaves- some of my trees haven't even changed colors.
it definitely got me in the Christmas spirit. It's way too early to be all Christmasy! I'm never gonna make it, lol.
This is funny because just today I told Dennis that I felt like putting up the Christmas tree, he suggested maybe some turkeys or something on it.
I'm so sorry that Jared is sick. That's rough. I hope he gets to feel better soon. I'm glad he's staying home though.
