Guess which family was giving a mouse a ride to it's new home last night? Yup- us. Hahaha!
I swear, it seems like this is a yearly post. Time to get some mesh for the dryer vent.
Jared as the first to see the mouse but I only officially learned about it one morning when Kylie woke me up in a panic because a mouse ran under the entertainment center in the living room and scared her. Jared put a trap under there that night but no dice. So last night I was sitting on my bed with my laptop and and I see this little mouse run into our master closet (scares the crap out of me every time I swear).
So then all craziness broke loose. We barricaded the entrance of the closet with a piece of black foam core. Then I started emptying out the closet of everything that was on the ground so we could catch it. Only made it 1/2 way through the job when another appearance by the mouse (scared again) and I made Jared finish the job. Another few crazy attempts by mouse to escape occurred and we finally got said mouse into a clear rubbermaid container with a lid.
Shortly after all four of us were on a field trip to the edge of town with a mouse in our trunk.
