put back together

I'm so glad to have some normalacy in my house again. Last Wednesday our receiver to the TV stopped working and hence no telly until the new one came. Not that we watch much anyway, but it's nice to have something mindless to do when your feeling like it. As luck would have it on that same day our sink decided to give us major problems. Every time we'd turn on the dishwasher or turn on the faucet the water would just go from one side of the sink to the other and wouldn't drain. So we pulled apart the pipes a few times to no avail. Tried a 3' snake, tried a 25' snake, and then finally yesterday with the help of my BIL Jordan and talking to my dad they were able to find a pipe in the basement that was gunked up with rice and other nasty smelling stuff. I'm SO glad to have a running sink again. I had to wash our dishes by hand in our bathroom sink for two days and let me tell you that was no fun at all!
