This past weekend our family had the most beautiful, busy, crazy and absolutely-worth-it-weekend one could imagine. Saturday morning we were able to be sealed to our most favorite little girl in the Jordan River Utah Temple. Kylie looked like an angel in her cotton gown. I searched high and low for the perfect dress and fell in love with the pin tucks, embroidered details and pearls. She looked breathtaking. It was the most wonderful feeling in the world to be with our daughter in such a holy place. Being in the temple just seems like a natural place for little children to be. The ceremony was simple, peaceful and beautiful. Kylie was much more tired than I anticipated her being and she laid her head on my shoulder several times. She did fuss a little bit through the ordinance because she likes to have full reign of her hands and didn't want to have her hand on top of ours the entire time.
After the ceremony we were able to take a few pictures outside the temple. I didn't have much hope for the pictures because the weather was down right crummy and it was lightly raining and a bit chilly. It was supposed to snow that afternoon but ended up just being a murky, cold and wet day. But there are quite a few that turned out really nice! Now if I can just get some time to sit down and finish editing them!

I LOVE all of the pictures!! They look amazing! I am SO happy for you guys!!! I would love to hear all about that day. Maybe we could get together and have the kids play. I'm so happy you took the pictures of you guys in white. Some couples don't take advantage of that. Those pictures are the most precious to me of our family! I LOVE that you are all wearing your white clothes for the pictures. It's so striking with the green foliage behind. I know I already told you, but Kylie's dress is so ornate and pretty. You should put it on display somewhere in her room.
